I grew up on Devon farm estate much like the one we’ll be staying at, training with hay bales before I ever touched a dumbbell.
Years later, living and training in London, I watched people grind themselves into exhaustion. Endless screens. Overtraining. Under-resting. Everyone chasing balance but never stopping long enough to find it.
FarmBoi Fitness is my way of bringing it all together: real training, real food, and real connections.

The retreat is beginner and intermediate level friendly. We kindly ask that you disclose any physical impediments or health issues in advance.

Bookings are non-refundable but can be carried over to the next retreat. Please note only one carry over is permitted.

Yes! London-based attendees have the option to be picked up in a shuttle and driven to the estate. You may also take the train or drive on your own and park on the grounds.

Enough workout clothes for each session, a yoga mat if you have one, your bicycle if you can dismantle it, a raincoat and rainboots, and lots of warm cozy clothing.

Running three times a week will help you stay fit for whatever comes your way, but we also welcome beginners so even if you’re underprepared, this could mark the start of your fitness journey.
